Roman din Marea Britanie,evacuat de proprietarul britanic pentru neplata chiriei a vrut sa-i intoarca „favorul”,in stil propriu.

Proprietarul unui apartament din Marea Britanie a rămas cu o pagubă uriașă după ultimul chiriaș, un cetățean român. Acesta nu a plătit chiria mai multe luni și pentru că în final a fost evacuat, a decis să se răzbune lăsând apartamentul devastat și plin de viermi.

În imaginile publicate de Daily Mail, se vede gunoiul lăsat în urmă de chiriașul care a ocupat locuința din Barking, Essex, cu frigiderul invadat de insecte, după ce chiriașul a abandonat în interior alimente și l-a scos intenționat din priză.

Proprietarul a reușit să-l evacueze pe chiriaș doar după o luptă de șapte luni, ulterior aflând că nu are nicio șansă să-și recupereze chiria restantă de 6.000 de lire sterline, pentru că românul nu are loc de muncă stabil și nu deține bunuri în Marea Britanie.

Acum a dat în judecată agenția de închiriere, pentru că nu l-a verificat pe românul despre care s-a aflat că a fost evacuat și in alte louințe pentru datorii.

Pe lângă chiria restantă, care se ridică la suma de 6.250 de lire sterline, proprietarul va trebui să scoată din buzunar alte mii de euro pentru igienizarea apartamentului.
